Please read these terms carefully before using Kalbota Bisnis. By registering or using our services, you agree to all terms below.
1. Definitions
- "Kalbota Bisnis" — SaaS business management platform operated by Kalbota Digital Studio
- "User" — individual or business entity that registers and uses the service
- "Subscription" — paid access to platform features according to the chosen plan
2. Registration & Account
To use Kalbota Bisnis, you must:
- Be at least 17 years old or have legal capacity to enter into agreements
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
- Maintain password confidentiality and be responsible for all account activities

4. Payment
Payment Methods
Payments are processed through Duitku, supporting bank transfers, virtual accounts, e-wallets (OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay), and credit/debit cards.
Refund Policy
- Refunds can be requested within 3 business days if the service is inaccessible due to our system error
- No refunds for cancellations mid-subscription period
- Refund requests submitted to support@kalbota.com
5. Prohibited Use
- Illegal activities, fraud, or violations of Indonesian law
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or system exploitation
- Distributing malware or harmful content
- Reselling platform access without written permission
6. Data & Content Ownership
- All business data you enter is entirely yours
- We do not claim ownership of your content
- You can export data at any time while the account is active
7. Service Availability (SLA)
- We target 99% uptime per month
- Scheduled maintenance will be notified at least 24 hours in advance
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved through deliberation, and if not resolved, through the competent District Court in Indonesia.
